Reception is good if you are in the city, not so much in the country.
It looks nice and is nicely made. The reception is not as good as the factory antenna. I drove around with it for a month and found the signal quality would revert to a mixed mono signal quite often. That typically happens with FM when you are on the edge of the broadcast signal. I eventually swapped it back to the factory antenna and my reception is much better.The size of the antenna makes the biggest difference in quality of the signal. The factory antenna is four times longer, so it only makes sense that it would get a better reception.
