I bought two of these, one at each end of the large C&C cage my boars share. One is quite young; he just joined us after the death of another longtime friend (and brother). They get along great, but the little one just loves the security (I think) it offers (although each has a separate hiding place too). The clips are simply attached to the cubic panels; The fleece and the upper are of high quality (both in the thickness and in the design of the product). For the money, two guinea pigs will get a lot of use out of it. I add more folded fleece as the time spent in them means LOTS more guinea pig poo - they are easy to clean and replace every day when their cage is cleaned.
