Bought at the end of May and installed in June, so it has only been outside for about 2 months. Yesterday I tried the swing and suddenly noticed this problem. The inner ring of blue fabric appears to be torn. We noticed that when we touched it or when our bodies rubbed against it as we got on and off the swing, blue dust/fibers etc. remained on our skin and clothes. We are SO disappointed! And the product is now outside the return window. We thought we should use towels or something to wear so we can still enjoy the swing. I have attached 3 photos and a video showing this collapse and fallout and blue dust/fibers on our skin and clothing.
