No worse than the competition, but much cheaper.
I use this material for all runs over 3 miles as I would really regret it if I didn't. I have always used another very popular brand before, but this material is just as good and much cheaper. I'm going through a lot, so that's important. I've run up to 15 miles without chafing. I'm running a marathon in the fall so I'll see how well it goes over that distance, but I don't expect any problems. Also good for long bike rides. Why pay more? Highly recommended.
