My complaints about this case are minimal so I'll go through what I like first and there are many: Pros: * Vertical GPU mount - For anyone who Aesthetics of the build is important, I would seriously consider choosing a case that allows vertical mounting of the GPU. Most GPUs place most of their appearance on the fan side of the card, and sometimes on the side. The vertical mount allows you to fully view both devices in your case. Aesthetics aside, it provides additional air movement that otherwise wouldn't be there. Depending on how your PSU is mounted, a fan will usually force air into the bottom of the case. Instead of having your GPU and CPU fans blowing in the same direction, you get more air movement in the rest of the case - it seemed counterintuitive to me that creating turbulence would help with temperatures, but I checked with normal mounting and then vertical and there was a constant 3-5 degrees drop for GPU and CPU * Modularity - nowadays there is always SOME component that is bigger or smaller than what you expected when ordering. The ability to completely remove the drive trays, vertical mounting rail, etc. is extremely useful for people who may have mismeasured (or even ignored) the size of the components they ordered. This makes it a great option for novice and experienced builders alike. You have room for heatsinks if you're water-cooled, and if you're not you still have room to install 10 or so fans if you really want to go crazy. * Filter - I've lost count of the number of cars I've seen that had a family full of dust balls at the time. Magentic screens top and bottom are easy to see, remove and replace after cleaning. You'll still want to blow up your car every now and then, but this thoughtful design is evident everywhere. Now for the things I'm not very happy with: * Cooling/Fan - There's only one exhaust fan, and for an enthusiast-oriented machine, that probably won't suffice. This can easily be remedied by purchasing an additional fan. On the fan side, the RGB controller is annoying. If you don't want cords dangling from the outside of the case and completely destroying any desire for a clean design, simply set up the light the way you want it and then stick with them. Forever and ever. If you want more control, do what I did: buy a header for multiple fans, plug them directly into the motherboard's RBG fan control header, and just ditch the included controller. So you can manage them in the software, which luckily works with Aura and many more. will be bad. The shorter cable isn't just shorter - its shielding is terrible, its quality is a bit questionable, and I've read a lot of crash reports. If you plan to use a vertical mount, budget $50-70 (they come on sale occasionally) for a 300mm extension, part number AC-045-CN1OTN-C1*. Tempered glass on the side of the case, designed for cable management, tinted but still clearly visible. I wish they went with a heavier shade. Final Thoughts: The case is a solid buy for those looking for an aesthetically pleasing build. Cable management is easy, with wide grommets and attachment points, extensive modularity is built in, and there's plenty of room for even the absolutely MASSIVE Strix series cards as well as the JUUUgh Noctua coolers. My complaints are minor and easy to fix, and none of them affect the usability of the corpus itself (with a little prior knowledge). 10/10 would buy again.
