If you work from home, you will quickly realize that the kitchen table is not ergo at all. This chair is reasonably priced and offers pretty good support, allowing me to work comfortably for hours. The mesh seat and backrest are breathable so you won't feel overheated/sweaty. The arms adjust up and down to find a comfortable angle for my hands and wrists when using the keyboard. The seat height is adjustable so you can put your feet on the floor and the chair doesn't cut into your legs from behind. The adjustable lumbar support doesn't work very well. It's pretty good and is about the right spot for my back in the lowest position. It would have gotten five stars if it had stayed in place after adjusting a tier or two. But mine seems to slip back after a day of use.
