Cute and flexible - my new review
Size 12-18 fits my 14 months perfectly. She is a beginner and can easily walk in these shoes. The color is exactly the same as the picture, very cute and easy to match with more colors. Bought a brown pair!

- They are cute and well made but too big for my 3 month old. The smallest size is size 1.
