It's been a while since I've bought non stick.I can do scrambled eggs w/butter and when I'm done simply rinse it and it looks as if I've never cooked in it!If course I still use soap to store but point is no scrubbing, just water out of the faucet cleans. Crazy!I bought the whole set & opted for stainless on outside. They are beautiful!You will need to give a little rubbing to the outside after each use if you spill food on the stainless to keep it in stellar shape but the inside is perfect!*Note there is a competitor that has a hexagon stainless pattern on the inside. Better read those reviews well & not just the high dollar commercials from a famous chef! Food sticks to stainless!Sad you have to dig so much to get the real story now-a-days!
