Phenomenal product, worth every penny - ISP - CenturyLink

After some very bad discussions with CenturyLink (was a Qwest customer for 30 years prior to the acquisition) I was given the option to buy their modem for $6 to rent per month. or buy it from them for $100. I also declined because CenturyLink provided free modems for the first two years of Arizona service, but suddenly their modem provided during the service merger began to discontinue service. They no longer offer free modems for use in connection with their Services and no longer support the modems they provide. In a nutshell. I didn't get what I expected, I don't expect them to give me a free modem when they don't actually supply one, but I didn't appreciate the obviously lying customer service representative who said they never had free modems in 5 years Modems would have offered services. To evaluate this modem. That's great! I was served with CenturyLink's supposed 11Mbps plan; With the old modem, however, I did not exceed 9 Mbit/s. With this new modem I reached a maximum connection speed of 15.5-16 Mbps. Installation of this product is easy and setting up wireless connections is easy. I recommend changing your SSID and password from the default settings. I've been using this product for 4 days now and everything is running smoothly with no sign of lag or disconnection. You cannot connect to the internet with them. Pros: Easy installation. Elegant and compact design. Serves as a modem and wireless router. Ideal for connecting multiple devices including: tablets, phones, TVs and Xbox One (simultaneously). however, it is cheaper than similar products)
