Candy Removal Trick = Coconut Oil Mold Release

GOOD PRODUCT! Much sturdier than the ice ball trays I just bought! If you're having trouble getting popsicles out of the mold, try using a silicone brush to apply a thin layer of coconut butter πŸ₯₯ to each cavity before pouring the mixture. Cooking spray would probably work just as well, but I chose coconut oil because I'd already used coconut milk in my chips, so I knew that if there was any flavor from it, it wouldn't be noticeable. LESS MORE! All it takes is a thin coat and it won't be visible on the finished pops. Also, after freezing, I poured some warm water on the outside of the mold and made sure to pry the silicone out with my finger. Each click is enough to let in some air to break the seal. After that, I simply pulled (with a slight wobble) on the stick while pressing on the bottom/small end of the silicone. Using coconut oil πŸ₯₯ as a mold lubricant helps a lot! Oh yeah! and be careful when you open the package. Popsicle sticks are loosely held together with tape and are everywhere if you don't keep an eye on them ;)
