I used to have small fans for the bedroom. The problem is that the insides get covered with dust over time. Trying to eliminate them has always been a nightmare. You have to remove the screws and the assembly is tedious with plastic parts. This block is made of metal and is not difficult to disassemble. You can even remove the fan blades and pop them in the dishwasher if you like. I've only had it 5 or 6 weeks so haven't had to clean it yet. But my good friend told me about the device and cleaned it. The highlight of this fan is that it is rechargeable. Take it with you on a hike or in the backyard on a windless, hot day or night. Due to a power outage at approx it's been great lately. Highly recommended!
