Review on AntennaMastsRus - Made In USA - 4 Inch Gold Aluminum Antenna Is Compatible With Ford F-150 (2009-2021) by Simo Ramsey

I bought this antenna to replace my 2015 F-150 antenna because it was snagging and pulling behind my garage door. It's a very good antenna and I couldn't tell any difference in reception (if I do that later I'll update this review). The antenna is all black with a cone from base to tip. The antenna is female threaded but comes with a threaded adapter bolt. Initially I didn't want any adapters, but this threaded bolt screws into the antenna in such a way that it doesn't act as a spacer and isn't visible from the outside. I used blue Loctite to attach the stud to the antenna. I keep a spanner in the glove box so I can pull it out when I wash my car. The antenna was delivered safely and undamaged in a sturdy cardboard tube. Note. I first tried one of those short carbon fiber like antennas from my local auto parts store and it whined as I drove over 60 mph.
