The chat function is very useful in order to have quick conversations with other members or to have a live training session. I also like that it has a variety of templates you can choose from so that you can create an easy to follow format for all of your projects. It's not as easy as Slack to use when it comes to creating new channels. For example, if you want to post a link to a video, you cannot just copy paste the link into the channel. You need to open up a new window, then copy paste. This makes it harder to keep track of everything. It would be nice if there was a way to organize posts by date. As a project manager, I often have to post links to videos, presentations, etc. on our slack channel. This is helpful because it keeps us organized and everyone knows where to find things quickly.
