This is the second time I've ordered Colgate soft toothbrushes for children. There must be a difference in where they are made or something else that causes them to not be uniformly soft. I didn't buy them for us, I bought them for our new furry baby. I wanted a baby toothbrush because it just brushes our service dogs' teeth better during training, our own furry babies and little people at home. We have bred assistance dogs for a state-approved assistance dog organization. We raise puppies that are brushed at least once a week and in my opinion they are great for puppies and small dogs. This pack is good value for money and I would order again despite the differences. They're either soft enough to fit our puppies or ours, and I change toothbrushes pretty quickly, so I don't mind getting toothbrushes for myself. I recommend!
