My wife wanted to watch TV late at night with her Sony headphones. We are stuck with my daughter in Hawaii in her rather small apartment and noise at night can be an issue. Their Samsung TV didn't have native Bluetooth, so we needed a Bluetooth transmitter to connect to the headphones. The kit includes several cables to choose from to connect to the device you want to transfer data from and to 1Mii. I powered the transmitter from the USB port on the TV using the 1Mii USB power cable. In this case, the 1Mii will not turn on until the TV is turned on. After initial pairing during setup, the headphones and transmitter will re-pair when the device is turned on and within range. Read the instructions carefully and completely as you may need to change some of the audio settings on your TV. We needed a Samsung. The sound quality is excellent. We recommend this if you need a Bluetooth transmitter.
