SKISOPGO stroller arrived quickly and undamaged in a double box. One large bag contained a frame with a storage basket attached and the other small bag had 4 wheels and a drink holder. Rotating the handle to a vertical position and opening the frame was easy without reading the basic printed instruction manual. Once attached, the 4 wheels easily snapped onto each of the legs. Each wheel has a small notch that aligns with the attachment point on each leg to lock the wheel in a fixed straight position. Raising the wheel tongue. When you want the wheels to spin, just push the edge to release them. I leave the front wheels free to rotate and the rear wheels fixed like shopping carts. The frame can be folded for transport or storage by simply pressing the button in the center of the handle while rotating the center handle forward to release the frame. Before that, I removed the basket, which made the task a little easier. Our cats are always indoors so it's a real treat for them and as you can see from the photos they were very happy to explore the outdoors right after their nap. We have been observing them for some time and are completely satisfied with all the functions and the quality of the SKISPGO animal stroller.
