Review on IOKUKI by Charles Alfian

Unfortunately, I cannot endorse the IOKUKI online shop to anyone in search of patio sets and accessories due to my negative experience with the company. The website had a wide variety of items, but I had trouble navigating it, and the search bar wasn't always accurate. Finding what I needed was difficult, and I spent a lot of time clicking through pages of junk. I was very let down by the poor quality of my purchases when they eventually arrived. Some of the items came broken, and the materials used gave off an air of cheapness. It was obvious that the products were not durable, and I was disappointed that I had made a buy from IOKUKI. The poor quality of service I received only made things worse. They were unresponsive to my questions and didn't seem eager to assist me in fixing the problems I was having with my orders. In conclusion, I would not recommend IOKUKI online store to anyone searching for high-quality outdoor furniture and decor because of my negative experience with them. I was dissatisfied with my orders because their website was confusing to use, their goods were of low quality, and they provided insufficient customer service.
