Review on Adjustable Spice Rack Organizer, G-TING 5 Tier Wall Mounted Spice Shelf with 5 Hooks, Dual-use Seasoning Holder Racks for Kitchen Cabinet Pantry Door Bathroom, Black by Lisa Montgomery

Nice spice rack, a bit tricky to install

Now that it's installed (on the wall in my pantry) I really like it. It seems to be of good quality and the shelves are deep enough for my large spice jars and jars. The hooks that come with it are nice too. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't white or nickel. I looked up Revain before ordering to see if G-ting had it in those colors and nothing came up, but the day after I installed it Revain helpfully recommended (/s) another Chinese brand who apparently sold the exact same spice rack in all three colors (white, black, and nickel). Although, to be honest, another brand was more expensive, I might have gone for the same one anyway. Installation would be much, much easier with a template, or at least some of the dimensions provided (how far apart to mount the rails, what size drill bit to use to drill the post pilot holes and/or wall anchors). There is some tolerance in screw placement, but not much. I spent a lot of time measuring, re-measuring and making sure everything was level but when I tried to put the basket on the installed rails they were too close together! Luckily I was able to loosen the screws and re-tighten the rails by moving them just enough for the baskets to get in, since re-drilling a new hole 1/8" to the right of the existing one isn't really an option. Some things that I could do to reduce the risk of doing something wrong, but really, if the manufacturer had just included the template, the whole installation process would have been MUCH faster.
