Great scale easy to set up and use! It is more than just a scale and I am interested in all body measurements as well as my weight. I use all indicators to achieve my weight loss goals. For me it's not just about the weight. The general weight information motivates me to train daily and eat a healthy, balanced diet. My trainer always advised to ditch the scale because regular exercise makes you weigh more; then the scale is deceptive. I agree with the old school scales (heavier) and useless information. This scale gives 23 data points, and while I'll still weigh heavily, other data will help me trim what I want. I like checking my weight loss history after weighing myself daily. Excellent, useful and easy to use. Adding multiple people is easy.
