Received today and just swept the kitchen so wanted to give it a try. Easy construction. A little difficult to slide on my hardwood floors. Had the steam turned halfway, I would have seen it flow easily. Walked slowly through the kitchen. I was surprised there wasn't more dirt on the block as it is a high traffic area. Then I grabbed my mop and walked around the section. After only a few passes over the section, the pad was very dirty. I am very disappointed and will be returning this mop. I haven't tried other attachments so I can't talk to them.
