Not suitable for me for kitchen and dining room

I read the reviews and decided to buy. I was about to dip an Oreo baby shower cookie, which seemed easy enough. Well, it took way too much chocolate to dip a biscuit. When I tried to take the cookies out, they stuck to the bottom of the pan. I bought 2 packs that I don't even use so I wasted my money. It may be stuck due to user error, but I've watched YouTube videos on how to use and omit it. This product just isn't for me.
