I like how easy it was to set up everything from my end using their knowledge base articles! We were able solve our IT issues quickly without having someone come out which saved us money as well since we had them do other things while they helped me get this system setup correctly (and also because its super helpful when you have questions!).

They are very responsive via email or phone call if needed - but honestly sometimes getting an answer back might take days so be patient!! Their support team can help walk through any problems/questions once your account has been created by sending over some screenshots showing what's going wrong then asking follow ups about those specific screens until resolved :) Our main issue now seems solved however there may still arise new challenges down road such as future updates etc., just something else worth considering before purchasing product vs service type solution where ongoing maintenance fees will apply after purchase date unless otherwise specified upon contract signing between parties involved.
