I would love to leave a glowing review of this product, but alas, I didn't even get to use it because it arrived broken. The clamp that secures the holder onto the scooter was broken upon arrival. I would love to exchange it, but apparently it's not returnable, which is not stated anywhere on the item's description, unless I missed that when I purchased it or when I looked for it in the product description, specs, details, anything I could find on the Best Buy page, for 45 minutes. I always gripe about reviews that post poorly because of packaging or not working when it arrived, blah, blah, blah, because you can't make everyone happy. I would love to review this item based on actual usage, but since it arrived broken I can't. Apparently the item is made poorly if it was physically broken before I opened the box. Save your $15.
