Review on Symend by Alberto Brewster

I love that you can see all of my data from any given point, so it's easy for me as an admin user to understand what is going wrong or needs attention at various stages during a treatment process (from intake through discharge).

The interface isn't always very intuitive - even though there are plenty of tutorials available if needed! It would be great if they had more options than just 'yes' / 'no'. As mentioned above, being able to easily view my clients progress throughout their treatments really helps keep things organised when managing multiple cases simultaneously.
