Adorable! it's worth every penny. the lower part is made of very soft ribbed material, like a fitted tank top dress with attached tulle skirt. Bought this for my little 3 year old daughter for Christmas and she is in love. Dusty lilac rose color, very pretty. soft tulle. she doesn't take it off and has been wearing it for 3 days and she is incredibly sensitive to fabrics etc. the tailoring of the tulle is a little flimsy. I was trying to catch it so it wouldn't fall off and it detached from the petticoat and is now falling apart but it's partly my fault but it's sewn quite delicately and that's the only downside for a busy kid. this all shows that I am buying more and we have received many compliments on it. It really is an Amazon gem. Buy it!
