I love this multifunctional front door stand. My wife is from the Philippines and I am sure she will love it as bamboo is the material from which almost everything is built in the Philippines. BUT; The thicker support rails are made from 2 pieces of bamboo glued together. The screw holes go through the middle of the glued bamboo. Includes #10 sheet metal screws to hold it together. The diameter of the screw it contains is much larger than the guide holes. When attempting to install the provided screws, split the glued section into two each time. I went to the hardware store and bought size 8 screws to replace them. They worked fine. More Tips: When I saw the installation upon opening the box, I knew right away that this was a project that needed to be glued together to hold it in place. I chose Gorilla Construction Adhesive because construction adhesive is very strong and will stick to treated wood. Take either the smallest can or bottle of paint thinner or WD-40 you can use and IMMEDIATELY wipe off any excess glue that spills out. The solvents in WD-40 will dilute the adhesive so you can remove it. It just takes longer. I don't blame the seller for the oversized screws, it's the manufacturer's fault. The correct screw size is #8 x 1.25 inch. Don't overtighten. Remember you are working with bamboo, not oak. You can get them in gold, I hope this review is helpful to others.
