Dangerously loose

A bracket fell apart as soon as we hung the end of the ladder on it. They have to fail because of their design alone. The bracket was only glued to the hook part. As soon as weight was applied to it, it fell apart. Maybe it's just a defect in one of the hooks. If they are all connected together like the one that fell apart, serious damage or injury could result. I went back then and bought solid hooks instead
