MATERIAL NOT WOOD
Material appears to be laminated styrofoam with a texture on the edges to simulate wood. You can feel how soft it is by squeezing the laminated sides between your index finger and thumb. Extremely light. Pieces can easily be broken in half without much effort. However, it served its purpose of decluttering my counter. Easy to set up.
