Review on Prima Marketing 655350596002 Confection Refills by Summer Hendricks
Very heavily pigmented
I figured a good way to test Prima would be to just buy one color lol. I'm really impressed with how rich and easy this color is to activate. Very pigmented, definitely appears to be professional quality. Not sure if it's neon, but it's pretty close. A lovely bright addition to my standard Quinacridone Rose. I would say it's a purple/hot pink which looks different to real pink to me but it's a great color!
