I added a cross strap to the top handle for maximum flexibility. Without a doubt, this is the most functional and lightest leather backpack I have ever seen. I can fit my laptop, iPad Pro, a couple of chargers, batteries, a liquid pouch, a light sweater, a pair of sunglasses and a small makeup bag. Water bottle and phone in each side pocket, wallet in front. I use the back pocket for receipts. It fits right in with everything but works. Definitely more organized with more pockets and dividers so you can get your stuff without rummaging around.
