The brush melts when drying the hair on low heat!

I really wanted to give this brush 5 stars because it was the best brush I have ever bought until I decided to blow dry my hair and brush it when I it's dried, and then once I'm done, I look at the brush and half the bristles have melted! I've never seen that in a brush before.
