Great for relieving anxiety and stress.
My son's fear makes him pick his fingers until they bleed. It's a great distraction. We have several. One for his pockets. Alone in the car and he mostly sees them as fun toys. They are sturdy and have clicks. Some options are not suitable for places like the classroom.
