Packaging was fine, instructions were easy to read and follow. the bracket at the top of the stand (after selecting the rows for mounting and centering the TV). The image suggested in the instructions didn't seem very clear to me, but to be honest, my youngest (38-year-old) assistant had no problems with it. A few months ago I built a bench using the same parts and wanted to check it out to help myself. But before I could move in that direction, my assistant had already figured it out and told me not to look. I don't know how you feel, but if this is the biggest problem I have building a product, I call it a real WIN! But if, like me, you're having trouble with the image, you might need some help as well. That's why I docked it to a star. (And why do I feel a little guilty about that, as it really could have been MY problem and not the direction I was looking.) It's quite pretty, really hold the TV up and the cable loops do a great job, to hide the wiring behind the center beam section. Very, very satisfied. I bet you will too.
