I have used several spools from other manufacturers without any problems! However, so far the 3 prints I've made with this thread have been a nightmare! The first layer doesn't stick at all! If your printer makes a sharp corner or fills in a zigzag in the other direction, the filament will NOT stay down. It pulls up or folds over itself. I only had to hold the print head to the point where the nozzle was rubbing on the bed quite hard to get the first layer to adhere and smooth out the plastic completely. That's the only way she'll keep going. Every layer after that was GOOD and the rest of the print is good! It's kinda crazy!
