The best diaper cream we've used so far. I used to be stuck by Dr. Smiths, which can be found at Walmart or other pharmacies. I still think it works. But this stuff works wonders almost overnight. I can rely on this balm for irritations in my LO. It's mild enough for severe diaper rash that would otherwise make a baby fuss and cry with other medicated OTC diaper creams, and appears to be just as effective, if not better! Although we rarely encounter this scenario, since it is most often used as a prophylactic at the first sign of redness. Works great with cloth diapers too! Does not attack lining or cause leaks! :)
