Regarding ReadyNAS Pro Pioneer (6-Bay):1. The dimensions are perfect for the original Seasonic SS-300SFD.2. The fan does not extend like the original. The fan is not perfectly centered in the hole in the ReadyNAS case, but it is adequate and requires no case modification. The fan ends approximately 3/8 inch (1 cm) higher (above the case) than the original fan. 3. This is a direct replacement with no additional cables or extensions. 4. It has (3) 4-pin hard drive connectors, eliminating the need for additional 2-to-1 adapters, in the same location as the original PSU, leaving room for the case fan that the IEC connector is reversed ( rotated 180 degrees from its center line), so care must be taken to connect extension wires of the internal power cable. This power supply is located on the bottom, just like the original. The reliability and durability of the PSU is currently unknown.
