Here's a tip. Remove the small rubber insert from the wooden base. Put it on a plastic frame. Now you can insert it directly into the base without any problems. This frame is solid and looks great on display. It comes in a fairly small box and disassembles so it can be stored the same way, with the three bases lying flat and the plastic frames on top or bottom. This is ideal for transporting or storing them from event to event. Those are great displays.
