Unreliable alarms with tricky installation
These tools and home improvement detectors claim to be magnetic, which is great IN theory.However, they constantly fall off and the adhesive is just not strong enough. Plus the installation process is extremely frustrating and not user-friendly whatsoever. The only pro is that they are cheap, but not worth the risk of false alarms or the lack of security they offer..
- Easy to install and use.
- Requires a relatively close proximity to detect magnetic fields accurately.
