Very easy to set up. She's not a tech girl but loves the speed and clarity of her games. The problem was how slow it was to load. It is true. But overnight charging brings it back to 100%, so it can easily get through the day. Mike Swift Supply got it in a few days and she got it up and running before I even had a chance to look at the setup. Selling a great product.
