I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating. I searched and read about numerous products before deciding to buy this product. It’s pricey at $75, but felt it was sturdy and I was willing to pay the price. When it arrived it was missing the pins to mount the hooks. I contacted the company and they did send out the pins promptly. What really is upsetting, the rack has been mounted in my garage for two weeks. We used the mounting screws that came with it. Last night in the middle of the night I awoke to a loud noise. I ran out into my garage to see that the rack and all the tools hanging on it had fallen off the wall and damaging all the Sheetrock. The rack was mounted into the studs of the wall in three places. The problem is the mounting screw that were sent are too short. It states that each hook can sustain 200 lbs. There was a ladder and step stole and some various brooms and a shovel on the rack. Not hardly 200 lbs total. The rack and hooks are very sturdy. With a hefty price if $75 for this rack you would think the company could afford to at least include the pins and some decent length mounting screws. When everything came crashing down it just missed my son’s new truck by inches. I am not happy!
