So first the pros:* The headset is comfortable enough for long-term use. I wear glasses so this isn't always the case, especially with soft headphones.* The sound quality is great! Detailed sounds were rich and clear.* The design significantly reduced background noise and I had no trouble concentrating on what I was hearing. Now. bad moments. Or period.* The microphone is disgusting. It picks up all sounds from the entire room I'm in, which means my voice sounds like I'm speaking on a speakerphone in a conference room. Considering I bought this to use Teams to call clients while working from home, the mic issue completely ruined my experience. If you plan on using this in a small, quiet room then this is a good choice of headset, otherwise not.
