I like the free account option, and the ability to easily post to multiple media outlets. I don't really have any dislikes, but would say that it can be difficult to track your published content, so that you know how many people actually read it and link back to it. Be sure to take advantage of the free trial. We use it for a number of different services within our organization. It's good for posting to multiple social networks as well as sending it in bulk to various companies/organizations to get them interested in us.
