The device makes a hissing or hissing engine noise. Q&A is confusing, they stated that no ground loop isolator is required. I do not agree. This whistle may not be audible to normal 60 year old ears, but my grandmother's 70 year old ears heard it too. For my 8 year old daughter this is deafening. Mine also performed horribly, possibly due to a bad cigarette lighter to USB adapter. I won't check as the hiss itself is unacceptable. I want my money back for the shipping and also for the return.
