The first one was bent and couldn't tell the door was closed so there was DOA when the UPS threw it out of the truck at 40mph. The second looked like the UPS had slowed down to 20 mph and appeared to be working, but the oven heating element turned on with the door open due to shipping damage. Thirdly, Revain CSR extended shipping to 2 days and although it was still slightly dented it survived and is working great! I'm glad I didn't give up. The steam, convection and speedwave functions are great additions to traditional microwave cooking tasks. The exhaust fan is noisy, but only because it actually works! I vented it to the outside, like a real ventilation shaft. The LED lighting is also very good when using the cooker. The only thing I complain about is the packaging. While it's reliable, it's not enough to survive the UPS.Props for the CSR Revain I've been looking at. Nobody likes to call and solve a problem, especially more than once, but each time it was solved in a short time.
