Review on MUADRESS by Greg Princeking

I frequently shop online for women's clothing, accessories, and shoes, so when I recently came across MUADRESS, I thought I'd give it a shot. Unfortunately, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this business and would not suggest it to anyone. First of all, the level of customer service was appalling. I repeatedly tried calling and emailing their customer service since I had some concerns about the sizing and fabric of a dress I was considering buying. But I got absolutely no reaction. I was apprehensive to buy because of the lack of communication, but I took the decision to gamble regardless. I was quite unhappy with the quality of the things when I eventually received my order. The dress I had ordered was made of thin, inexpensive fabric, and it didn't look anything like the photo on their website. In addition, the shoes I received had obvious glue flaws and loose threads, and they were uncomfortable and poorly built. The return process was difficult and unclear, despite my attempts to return the things and receive a reimbursement. I had to make several tries before their customer service would respond, and even then, I was responsible for the return shipping costs. Overall, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with MUADRESS. I now regret having chosen to do business with them, and I would not suggest this online retailer to anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry.
