Need A Little Help for my opinion
Product is well put together really well and it does as described.
If you have trouble spots and a bigger mid section that may hang over the pants a little this will help with smoothing it out and make it appear more lean and less noticeable. I would encourage those that mentioned that the sizing is off to break out a clothing tape measure and follow the guide as close as you can,my size worked.Far as posture, it does make you sit taller and moves shoulders forward so if buying for that purpose I suppose it could help retrain and support posture.
