My TV hasn't fallen off the wall yet
Four days ago I installed the Echogear No Stud TV wall mount and hung my 40" Samsung TV on it. It hasn't fallen off the wall yet so I guess that it works as intended.It was easy to install as all the necessary parts were included in the bracket.I didn't have to contact the company as the instructions were pretty clear.Although I'm a DIYer I'd say you're pretty stupid must be if you can't install this TV mount properly.
