I like that it’s easy to use, has an intuitive interface, makes scheduling and tracking so much easier than paper time sheets (which can get lost or misplaced). The user portal could take some improvement in terms of design and layout/font choices for ease of navigation when using an iPad/iPhone app. There are also a lot of different modules within this system which really does make things pretty flexible if there's something you need not included or don't want enabled by default such as Scheduling, Accounting, Inventory etc. It's great because we've reduced our payroll hours by at least 50% with no staff training required! We're able to track who works where each day, have reports generated automatically, and most importantly keep accurate records of what work was done. I like that it has a lot of features, such as employee time tracking, payroll, reporting, etc. The interface could be improved. Sometimes it takes a few times to load. It also doesn't always sync with our accounting system. We have had issues with the reports not showing up in the correct format. It's been helpful to keep track of hours worked and payroll information.
