The first screen I received arrived in a soft sleeve with no box or other hard material to protect it. Imagine how unsurprised I was when I saw the screen cracked in transit. I sent this screen back and Revane sent me a replacement. The second screen came in the same soft case, but at least it was in the box this time, which made a little more sense, and it wasn't cracked, okay. I go through the entire replacement process, triple check all my work, turn on the iPad only to find THE HOME BUTTON IS NOT WORKING! At this point Revain won't even send me another replacement, 2 strikes and you're out apparently, all they could do was give me my money back. So now I have a screenless iPad and a shattered will. On the plus side, I like the tools provided, they worked well during the installation process. I also really liked the pre-installed adhesive pads and the screen protector on the front and back of the display. I know others have had better luck than me with this screen, but sometimes you get what you pay for.
