Updated on 03/13/2020: Dropped to 2 stars. In the last 30 days, there have been constant loading errors. Can't charge this week. The month worked great. . I had to take the battery out every day to reset and recharge it. Now it doesn't load at all. When it worked it was great. Whether the problem is the Tempe battery or something Roomba does to only use genuine parts, I can't deal with it. I tend to think so, but... I just got here yesterday. I will update if anything changes. Bought for Roomba 960. Fits and works. When installing on the charger for the first time, I kept getting the "Charger 5" error after it was on the device for about 30 minutes. The loading process started normally and then gave an error. I cleaned it up and threw it away. The same thing. Cleaned again, reset, same thing. Finally, I stretched the contact springs in the block a bit. replaced. The error code has stopped. I'm not sure if my spring extension worked, but the error code stopped after that. It worked today and took 1 hour and 40 minutes to delete initially. The original battery lasted about 75 minutes, so that was a definite improvement. With 3 shades of gold and a ton of dog hair, the device works much better. The old battery only lasted me 40 months, it was fully charged and it just gathered the dog hair into knots which I then had to pick up. He still collects some of these, but collects them again when he comes back. I run the robot almost every day and double brush about 1500 square feet. The original battery was about 16 months old.
